  11.     Is there a GEOS program that converts Doodle (or HiRes VIC 
  12. screen) into GeoPaint format, or Photoscrap?

  14.     If not... can anyone tell me the inner workings of GeoPaint 
  15. format so that I might simply write the program to do this? If this is 
  16. the route I have to go please explain any differences between photo scrap 
  17. and anything else. :)
